Globalist Elites are Funding and Inciting “Incidents” of Gun Violence They Plan to Confiscate our Guns and then Confiscate our Freedoms!

NRA members have branded Donald Trump’s plans for stricter gun control legislation “stupid” and a “betrayal” after the president suggested reforms on Wednesday.

In an open meeting with congressional Democrats and Republicans, Trump embraced raising the age limit on purchasing certain weapons and suggested that law enforcement should be allowed to confiscate people’s guns before going through due process in a court.

“That’s the stupidest fucking thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Hopefully he was just having a momentary brain fart, a lapse of judgment,” Biggs said.

He added: “Hopefully someone pulled him into the back and said: ‘You’ve just lost half your base by saying something that stupid.’”

During the meeting Trump called for a “beautiful” bill which would expand background checks on gun purchases and restrict young people from purchasing certain weapons. But it was his suggestion that in some cases law enforcement should be allowed to “take the guns first, go through due process second” – that most alarmed gun owners on the right.

“You spend your whole life on the right and you always think that Democrats are going to be the ones who take your guns,” Biggs said.

“And then you hear President Trump say: ‘Oh we’re gonna take your guns and go through due process later.’” Biggs said he would vote for another candidate in the 2020 presidential election if Trump pushed through his reforms.

A reader recently sent us a realistic-looking document from the United Nations with a pretty explosive claim — that the world body is moving forward with plans to help member nations disarm their civilian populations of “military grade,” “concealable” and “hunting grade” firearms, and even “ammunition and components to manufacture ammunition.”

Americans who support the right to bear arms have long expressed worry that the U.S. government is on the verge of taking away lawful citizens’ guns, and that concern has only increased when a U.N. body is believed to play a supporting role.

The document sent to us by the reader would seem to be (pardon the expression) a smoking gun.

Superficially, the document has the trappings of officialdom — a blue U.N. logo at the top, along with the name of the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, a real office. It’s dated Aug. 5, 2013, and labeled “restricted.” The headline reads, “Disarmament Commission — Civilian Weapons Confiscation Study Group.” And it’s filled with believable bureaucratic jargon, such as creation of a “codification framework” and the need to undergo a “full review by the Office of the Secretary General.”

Defense Strategy and Capabilities .Conflicts and alliances around the globe are shifting constantly, enhancing the need for reliable and timely research and analysis. CSIS analyzes a wide range of issues related to defense strategy and capabilities.

Here’s the full text:

“The issue of military grade weaponry in the hands of civilians looms ever larger in the face of the global implementation of 22/Agenda 21 by member nations. In particular, the United States of America has an estimated 500 million weapons in the hands of its civilian population. This is not just a static problem, it is a massive dynamic problem for the process of confiscation as there will be those who refuse to surrender their firearms.

“The conclusion of discussions by the CWCSG led to the adoption of a proposed agenda to begin the process for introducing to member nations a framework by which they can begin codification of national laws to disarm civilians within their borders through a graduated process.

“Within the discussion framework, we have identified several problem areas that must be addressed, they are:

“1. Classification of military grade weapons to be made illegal for possession.

“2. Creation of programs to provide reasonable compensation for voluntary surrender of said arms.

“3. Codification of laws to begin the restricting and strict licensing of concealable firearms.

“4. Codification of laws to begin the restricting and strict licensing of hunting grade firearms.

“5. Codification of laws to restrict the sale of, and possession of ammunition and components to manufacture ammunition.

“6. Finally, codification of laws to completely makes (sic) any and all firearms illegal to own, possess or use outside of military and law enforcement usage.

“7. Creation of a United Nations Police Taskforce with the specific mission of assisting member nations with the collection of weaponry from civilian hands.

“The CWCSG will submit its findings and final recommendations once we have created the codification framework for member nations for a full review by the Office of the Secretary General.”

The document is persuasive enough to have been picked up by pro-gun advocates on a few message boards and Facebook pages. But is it real?

When we checked with the United Nations, a spokesman declared it a fake.

“I checked the document number on our internal document system, and the reply I got back now was simply, ‘There is no document matching your request,’ said Farhan Haq, associate spokesperson for the Secretary-General. “The document number (A/CN.11/L.72) doesn’t conform to our standard system, in any case.”

In addition, Haq said, “there is no such body as a ‘Civilian Weapons Confiscation Study Group.’ Nor does the United Nations involve itself in confiscating weapons from member states.”

Finally, Haq said, “the use of blue ink, some of the type font and the scanner icon in the bottom right-hand corner are not found in real U.N. documents. So, in several different ways, this document is fake.”

Our ruling

A document found on the Internet and circulating via email and social media says that a United Nations working group has “adopted a proposed agenda” to enable member nations to “disarm civilians within their borders.” If the document were real, it would confirm the worst fears of those who fear a mass confiscation of handguns, hunting rifles and ammunition in the U.S. — but a United Nations spokesman cited several reasons for concluding that the document is a fake, including the fact that the study group referenced in the document does not exist. We rate the document Pants on Fire.

What would happen if the US government started confiscating all private firearms nationally?

A number of answers here address the consequences of the government going mad and using all available force to disarm the US public. While we can’t know exactly how this would play out, some of these scenarios are plausible. — especially since the American Revolutionary War was triggered by exactly such an action by the British army (Battles of Lexington and Concord).

The only circumstances from which this could arise would be a swelling national demand for the confiscation, which would first take shape as a repeal of the second amendment. Something like the prohibition of alcohol, but on steroids. That, alone, portrays a huge change in society which perhaps is the stuff of nightmares.

But let’s give the devil, his due, here. What would happen?

The confiscation by seizure would be preceded by a voluntary surrender of arms, sort of like forgiveness of fines at the library, except a bounty would be offered.

People will be paid 150% of what they paid for their weapons or ammo, or else 150% of current market value. Doesn’t matter where the guns come from; owned, found, stolen, etc.

This will all be accompanied by a huge PR campaign supporting the “right thing to do.” It will also highlight how much TAX-FREE money people stand to make. “Society will be safer, and YOU will be enriched.”
The voluntary program will be followed by search and seizure, accompanied by a fine. No compensation. Manpower will come from those who have turned in their weapons and who know who else is holding out. They will be paid as bounty hunters.
There is a guarantee that, while many guns may be turned in voluntarily, and others seized in searches, a HUGE number will also be hidden.
Legislation would be passed to reduce the economic impact of those whose income is based on sales and repair of guns. A nice gesture.
Local groups who strongly opposed the program, and declared their intent not to comply, would take refuge in various defended locations, and challenge the authorities to “do something” about it.

Which the authorities would do. Some hold-outs will give up peacefully. Others will go down in a blaze of glory.
The Congress will pass a bill which makes possession of a firearm in the course of a crime a federal offense, subject to an automatic minimum 10 year sentence, with no appeal, separate from any other criminal prosecution, and in addition to any other jail time. A companion bill will authorize construction of new prison facilities to house the offenders.
There would be an initial upsurge in crimes committed by or at the behest of major crime organizations, who are possessed of sufficient resources to adopt other technologies, such as hidden remotely activated explosives for major jobs (bank robberies, etc.)
Sales of other forms of lethal weapons, such as small cross bows and bolts, lethal tasers and personal hand grenades will skyrocket. Other lethal technologies will be introduced to take up the slack.
The Department of the Interior (Natural Resources) will receive additional funding to control animal populations which will expand owing to the lack of population control by hunters. At the state level, acting under federal block grants, natural resource agencies will arm skilled shooters to control deer and other pests in organized hunts, paying a bounty for each animal killed.
There will be no decrease in “loan wolf” incidents, as the perpetrators will have already arranged to secure their firearms.
There will be no decrease in terrorist acts, as the perpetrators will likewise have arranged to secure their weapons.

Even in countries which don’t have the US’s strong traditions and legal protection for gun ownership, confiscation efforts have been less than successful. Australia’s mandatory “buyback” program is estimated, by the Sporting Shooters’ Association of Australia, to have had only a 19% compliance rate: Australia’s Gun ‘Buyback’ Created a Violent Firearms Black Market. Why Should the U.S. Do the Same?.

The fact is that guns are easy to make — good ones are made by craftsmen using fairly primitive hand tools (Khyber Pass Copy); a $6000 investment in tabletop machine tools would allow you to make good weapons in your garage or basement; in a few years a modest investment in 3D printing will make it trivially easy to make high-quality firearms.

Criminals will always have guns through the black market, if nowhere else. The only real effect of gun bans is to put the law-abiding public more at risk — both from criminals and from their own government (Murder By Government–Democide).

Worst Case Scenario: If the federal government chooses to ignore court orders to halt their confiscations the results will be rather more grim.

Some state governments simply refuse to enforce the confiscation, challenging the feds to do the job themselves, or enforce confiscation in a deliberately slipshod manner that allows as many gun owners as possible to slip through the cracks. The federal government may attempt to charge them with obstruction of justice over this, further inflaming public tensions.
Other state governments take a more belligerent stance, ordering their law enforcement agencies and state militia forces to actively oppose any federal forces attempting to confiscate guns. This results in many tense stand-offs. One or more of these stand-offs may escalate into a shoot-out.
Civil war is now a realistic possibility.
